Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hi@tinythrills.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received a wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us at hi@tinythrills.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. No need to return the damaged item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was wrong or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
