Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5â10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was wrong or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
