Everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.
TinyThrills ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Most orders pass through customs without issue. If your package is held at customs, please contact your local customs office with your tracking number.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us at hi@tinythrills.shop and we'll investigate and make it right.
